I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery for a very long time. Most of the time unaware of what I was even looking for. In the last ten years I’ve explored, studied, taken numerous courses and traveled to many wonderful places. All the while discerning who I am and why I am here at this specific time in this specific place. What I have learned is that I am the one I’ve been waiting for.  Waiting for myself to step up to be who I came here to be.

In 2005 I started a small garden center with a friend. By 2007 it had grown significantly and I quit my corporate job. My eyes began to open when I noticed the silence. It wasn’t really silent but I shut off the radio and listened to nature.  I heard things I never heard before, the sound of the wind, all the birds and insects. I even felt like I could hear the plants, more water please, no water today, thank you. I had conversations with amazing people who shared all kinds of information. Some just needed someone to listen and I did. One day I was weeding and I heard go tell her everything will be ok. I thought no way I can’t go tell this person that, who am I? How could I possibly know? The voice nagged at me until I got up off my knees and went to this young woman. I started the conversation with “I don’t know how to tell you this but I just heard….” and I told her exactly what I heard. She received the information with open arms and a hug. Things were as I had told her and I began to listen even closer. I began to drive with radio off in the car. I stopped watching the news and I listened.

One day I was invited to go on a Labyrinth Tour. I fell in love with the Labyrinth and I knew I had to have one! My dream was fulfilled in 2011. I began to meditate and take classes, Healing Touch, Theta, Reiki, Mindfulness and more. I’ve remembered how to listen with an open heart and nonjudgement. I am ready to help you see the beauty of who you are!
